Early in 1998, we came across
this book. As you can see at the bottom of the picture it is embossed with the
name 'Walter Bruhn.' Mr. Bruhn was the master brewer for the THBCo around the
turn of the century. What was even more interesting is that inside this book was
the recipe for Champagne Velvet Pilsner. An original copy of a pre-prohibition
